Helping hands is presented in voucher form allowing people to book and order their family meal hamper and help at the most approiate time.

 

Each voucher comes with a unique redemption code that will allow ordering and booking from the convenience of their home, either online or by calling 0800 826 435.

  • Where do you deliver?

    Urban addresses across New Zealand
    Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to RD addresses.

  • How big are the meals?

    The meals are family sized and suitable for a family with two adults and two children.

  • Can you make meals for people with specific dietary requirements?

    Yes we can, please contact us on 0800 826 435 to discuss options.

  • What happens if there is a problem?

    Let us know and we'll fix it right away

  • What days do you deliver?

    Tuesday - Friday (excluding public holidays).
    Saturday delivery can be arranged on request and will incur a small additional fee.

  • Do the parcels need to be signed for once delivered?

    No - we will include any specified delivery details from your order on the address label. Otherwise the parcel will be left in a safe location near the front door.

  • How do I know when the parcel has been delivered?

    We email your parcel's tracking details once it has been collected from the kitchen. You can track the parcel online or call 0800 826 435

  • Can I request a delivery day?

    Yes, tell us in the delivery details of your order. Please make sure you allow 48 hours for preperation, packaging and delivery of your parcel.

  • Can you freeze the food once delivered?

    Yes, every item on the baby angel menu is made with the freshest ingredients available. Each item is sealed for maxim freshness and can be stored in the fridge for a number of days (each item has a specified best before date) or can alternatively be stored in the freezer for use within 3 months.

  • Where does the food come from?

    The wonderful talented team at Wakelin House in Greytown in the heart of the Wairarapa.
    All meals, puddings and treats are made with locally sourced fresh ingredients.

  • How long does it take for a parcel to be delivered?

    Please allow at least 48 hours from the placement of your order to delivery of your parcel.
    If you have an urgent request please contact us on 0800 826 435 to discuss.

  • How does the food stay chilled whist being transported across the country?

    Each care parcel is carefully packaged in a gift box chilly bin with slabs of re-usable gel ice packs. We work with New Zealand's premium courier service; Courier Post, who provide a fast overnight nationwide service.
